This spacious home is spread over three storeys and has an open-plan concept on the first floor. In the TV area are two comfortable sofas and the fully-equipped kitchen features a full gamut of appliances, sweeping countertops, and cabinet space. Share delicious meals with friends and family at the dining table, and make your favourite tipples at the wet bar. The screened-in balcony spotlights a large dining table and a plush seating area, which is perfect for enjoying drinks and meals in the open breeze.

You are staying in a residential area. Please be a good neighbour by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbours of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Villa Features

Boasting an island feel, the main bedroom has views of palm trees, a TV, a work desk, and an en suite bathroom. Guests will love the light feel and plush bedding in the queen bedroom, and the third bedroom is great for kids and young teens with two twin beds and a TV for indoor entertainment on lazy afternoons.

There is a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination, and on the main floor, there is a half bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room - so there's plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests!

Table Tennis

The downstairs recreation room features a ping pong table for friendly competition, as well as plenty of beach chairs to enhance your beach days out. Use this space for fun and laughter and an escape from the Florida heat at any time of day or night.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
