This gorgeous three-floor villa charms with its traditional furnishings, roomy floor plan, and beachy décor that all add a dose of home-by-the-sea tranquillity to your stay. The heart of the home is the kitchen/lounge/dining combo finished with large comfy sofas, a six-seater dining table, a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you need.

Elsewhere you’ll also find an elevator covering all three floors and four spacious bedrooms splashed with pastel colours and extra-comfy beds, including a king suite with its own private balcony whenever you fancy a quiet moment to yourself. And don’t forget the home’s pièce de résistance: the backyard pool where you’ll lounge around a natural stone patio and refresh from the Florida heat in the cool water.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
