Villa Description

This immaculate condo on the ground floor is one of three units in this upmarket Key-West-Style property. Located in the Captains Quarters Neighborhood, Englewood, a popular areas for holidaymakers, this stylish home is only minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.

This waterfront condo has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen dining area, featuring a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The living room has a family-sized couch and a flat-screen TV, so you can get together for movie nights and games after dinner. The bedrooms are private, cosy quarters, and the generous queen-size bed will make getting a good night's sleep easy.

Outside, you'll find your own incredible decked viewpoint overlooking the canal, featuring your BBQ. Enjoy long, lazy al fresco evenings and watch the boats pass by - there's also up to twenty-seven feet of space to dock your own boat (and you can find a nearby rental in the centre of Englewood).
