Villa Description

This beautifully updated home boasts a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining space, as well as a range of amenities all within a split-level layout.

The bedrooms are large, bright and airy and made up of a range of different sized comfortable beds with flat-screen TVs in each. The master bedroom has a gorgeous king-size bed complete with an en suite bathroom and its own private balcony access overlooking the canal. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed with guest bathroom access. The third bedroom on the ground floor offers two queen beds and also has a bathroom.

A screened-in wrap-around porch surrounds the main level with covered dining space and seating, along with corn hole boards to enjoy. Enjoy incredible sunsets from this west-facing backyard, which overlooks the canal leading to Lemon Bay. The canal dock access includes seating to watch the birds, fish and all sorts of wildlife too!
