Villa Description

Walking into this home's open-plan layout, the spacious and bright formal dining room greets you, offering the perfect place for family game nights, or an evening meal.The kitchen with gorgeous countertops is open to the family room overlooking the pool deck and canal waters beyond, meaning that cooking includes great views and interaction. The split-level floor plan includes the guest bedrooms off the hallway, with two queen bedrooms and one double sharing the full-size bathroom.The master suite includes a king-size bed, lanai access and a spacious bathroom including a huge soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The lanai is the best place to soak up the Florida sunshine, with the beautiful pool just steps away from the living space. There are even pool screens that can be lowered when using the pool deck to gain some privacy. Enjoy dining al fresco overlooking the canal waters of the Lillian waterway in South Gulf Cove, with controlled water levels, this canal network is controlled via the lock system at the top of the community that leads out to Charlotte Harbor.
