Villa Description

The open plan living area is decorated to the highest standard with leather sofas for total comfort, and a large flat-screen TV for cosy movie nights in. The kitchen and dining area offer two separate spaces to eat - choose between formal dining or jump up onto one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar for light meals and snacks.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and leads to a large en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the remaining two rooms are furnished with twin beds, perfect for the little ones!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
