Villa Description

The bright living area features lots of comfortable leather sofa seating for everyone to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. This bright space looks out towards the pool deck and offers a great place to enjoy indoor/outdoor living in style. The expansive kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and stone countertops, making for a contemporary space to create delicious meals and snacks. There is plenty of cabinet space and everything you will need to cater for your group. Grab a quick bite to eat at the breakfast area or enjoy a sit-down meal at the formal dining area.

The home features four generously-sized bedrooms, each with its own TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage space to relax and spread out. There are three king bedrooms and a further twin bedroom that will appeal to the kids in your party.

Villa Features

High Grove is a tranquil villa community in a great location for exploring the best that Orlando has to offer. Just a short drive to Disney, you'll also be well placed to discover the wealth of restaurants, shopping and entertainment along the US 27 and US 192.

On site, you'll find gorgeous Mediterranean-style villas set within pretty grounds, as well as a central clubhouse with gym, a communal swimming pool and playground to keep the kids occupied.

Games Room

You will find hours of fun challenging each other in the games room where you can play pool, air hockey and shoot hoops in the basketball game. This lively space also has an air-conditioning unit to keep cool during those heated summer days.

Private Pool

The west-facing pool deck enjoys the sunshine all afternoon until sunset. Splash around in the crystal-clear waters of the pool or sink into the bubbling overspill spa and relax in style and luxury. There is also a patio table and chairs under the shady lanai, which spans across the full rear of the home, and a few sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine at your leisure.

Resort Features

At High Grove Resort, you'll enjoy all the amenities you need to relax and have fun. This mid-range community exudes Tuscan charm, with its red roof tiles and cream-coloured walls gracing both the clubhouse and homes. Take a dip in the resort’s sparkling swimming pool or unwind in the hot tub. If you're up for some friendly competition, hit up the mini-golf course or challenge your crew to a game of table tennis. The arcade room is packed with games, and the kids will love the playground, giving them plenty of space to burn off energy.

Clubhouse

Adorned in red roof tiles that evoke a Mediterranean ambience, the High Grove Clubhouse is home to a wide range of amenities. Enjoy the sparkling swimming pool and hot tub, stay active in the fully-equipped fitness centre, or have fun in the games room. For some friendly competition, head to the table tennis area or relax in the TV lounge. Just across from the clubhouse, you'll find the mini-golf course and a playground for children.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
