Villa Description

This luxury home features two king-size master suites and two twin bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests comfortably. For your comfort and enjoyment there is also a 55-inch Samsung LED TV and luxury leather sofas in the family room, a PlayStation console with two controllers, and a TV in every bedroom, which come complete with 250 cable channels to flick through on lazy days and cosy evenings at home.

With plenty of space inside and out, this lovely home offers a great base to relax and unwind as you please, whether splashing around in the pool, shooting some pool in the games room, or exploring the wider Highlands Reserve community for active pursuits on your days off from visiting the theme parks.

Games Room

A fully-equipped, air-conditioned games room is provided in the garage with table tennis, a pool table and a dartboard for additional at-home fun during those days where you don't fancy leaving the house. This air-conditioned space is the perfect spot for evening hangouts after long days out and about exploring the theme parks, too!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
