Located within the gated Providence Golf & Country Club, this beautiful five-bedroom, four-bathroom home can host up to ten people at a time and is within half an hour's drive to the famous Walt Disney World Resort. Guests will have access to the resort clubhouse, outdoor pool with slides, tennis courts, kids' playground, and much more, as well as having a beautiful private space in which to relax and recharge after long days out at the parks.

This home is well furnished and comfortable, promising a fantastic Orlando base for families and groups with children. Kids can have their pick of two twin bedrooms that have been lovingly decorated with subtle nods to Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse, ensuring that bedtime is a lot more appealing!

Guest access parking:

Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license
Registered guests cannot share parking passes with unregistered guests
Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway, parked vehicles cannot block pavements
Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked in the street will be towed at owner’s expense.

Please note: Providence Homeowner's Association permits clubhouse pool access to a maximum number of 8 guests per home.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note that guests wishing to use the Providence Resort communal pool and gym facilities will be required to pay Homeowners Association fees on arrival.

Guests have the option to pay either a daily fee of $10 per adult per day, or a weekly fee of $40 per adult per week. Children under the age of 16 will be exempt but must always be accompanied by an adult.

The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym only. There is no charge to use other communal facilities, such as the tennis courts or playground. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk when checking in to use the pool and gym only and payment can only be made in cash or by cheque.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
