Villa Description

The home's spacious kitchen features breakfast bar seating and opens out to a dining area with a formal table for sit-down meals, creating an inviting space for family gatherings. Next to this is the living room, a space designed for relaxation with its large Smart TV and comfy seating. The outdoor area boasts a large square-shaped pool with overspill spa, offering plenty of privacy and beautiful golf course views.

The bedrooms are luxurious and thoughtfully designed with a Smart TV in each and loads of space to relax, spread out, and enjoy your own time. The back king master bedroom is a retreat in itself, offering a high ceiling with fan, an extra sofa, and a sleek master bathroom with a double vanity, tub, and shower. This room also opens up to a back patio with seating and serene golf course views.

The loft bathroom connects to the fourth bedroom, which has nautical theme with a double and single bed setup. The other themed bedroom features beautiful Mickey Mouse decals and mood lighting with plush bedding and a Smart TV, creating a haven of whimsy and comfort for all.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
