Villa Description

As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a charming dining room where a large table awaits, perfect for hosting delightful family dinners. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a luxurious wrap-around couch that provides ample seating for the entire family, while a massive 80-inch TV promises unforgettable movie nights.

Step outside to the relaxing patio, a true oasis with comfortable seating for the whole family that is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The highlight of this outdoor space is the stunning pool, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. The patio is completely screened in, ensuring you can enjoy the outdoors without any interruptions.

When the day comes to an end, retreat to one of the five luxurious bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, with a bathroom conveniently located just a few steps away. Upstairs, four bedrooms invite you to rest and restore for tomorrow. The two master bedrooms offer king-sized beds, each with a lavish en suite bathroom, complete with walk-in showers and soaking tubs for ultimate relaxation. The beach-themed bedroom offers two double beds and a private en suite bathroom with access to the upstairs porch, which welcomes you for peaceful evenings.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
