Villa Description

As you enter, relish in the gorgeous living space, where the whole family can enjoy precious moments together. It opens out to a large dining area and a contemporary custom kitchen where the family chef will delight in preparing fantastic meals. This open-plan communal area serves as the perfect entertainment space!

Slide open the patio doors onto your own private lanai where you will find lots of seating and an outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals. The wonderful pool deck features an over-sized paved area surrounding your private pool and bubbling spa, with plenty of sun loungers, and tables and chairs to lounge on. Additional outdoor entertainment includes a putting green and tiki bar. Enjoy sun-soaked days and balmy evenings splashing around and simply enjoying the bliss of this amazing property.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
