Villa Description
Be greeted by the beautiful foyer area as you make an entrance to this spacious home. As you enter, you'll discover a lovely gathering area that is perfect for conversing with your loved ones, with comfy sofa seating and accent chairs. The wet bar area is great for drinks and snack preparation, and connects seamlessly to the kitchen area. Prepare home meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. The adjacent living area is the perfect place to gather and unwind and features plush leather seating and a cinematic viewing experience on the large-screen TV.
This home can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The primary master suite is located on the ground floor with a king-size bed and access to the pool area, while another master suite located across the courtyard features a king-size bed. On the first floor, there are two further master suites with king-size beds, a custom-built kids' bunk bedroom and a luxury bedroom with two double beds.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.
**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
