Villa Description

As you enter the home's striking main entrance, you are greeted by a grand foyer and spiral staircase sitting underneath an impressive four-tier chandelier, which is suspended from a lofty, Renaissance-inspired ceiling. Follow through past the wine storage compartments, and enter the elegant gourmet kitchen with loads of space and opulent quartz, granite, and creative concrete countertops throughout.

The huge dining table seats thirty people and was hand-crafted to fit the unique dining room with its impressive chandeliers and unparalleled views of the infinity pool and outdoor landscape.

Just outside the main kitchen you can make the most of the Florida weather and dine and cook al fresco in the home's magnificent summer kitchen. The dual grill cooking area is perfect for large groups, whether you're having a special party or just enjoying your holiday time together in style.

Villa Features

Head up the spiral staircase to the first floor, where you will find a gorgeous lounge area with plenty of sofa seating and access to both courtyard and patio balconies. Enter through the grand door and enjoy epic movie nights in the home theatre, which features a 150-inch projection screen, seating for fifteen guests, and large bean bags for cosy relaxation. There’s even a microwave for getting your popcorn ready!

The top floor is where adults can escape, relax, and have fun. This speakeasy-style lounge offers a stunning billiards table, tabletop shuffleboard, wet bar, gathering area and access to a private balcony for chilled out evenings after long days out.

Games Room

The KidZone playroom is a fun-filled games room featuring a great array of tabletop sports games such as basketball, Skee-Ball, air hockey, and more than sixty classic arcade and racing games to keep guests of all ages entertained. While the kids are playing, check out the incredible simulation room with an indoor SwingTrack Elite HD curved widescreen to play on 87 PGA golf courses and thirteen additional sports games such as baseball, football, football, lacrosse, basketball, hockey, hunting, rugby, cricket, bocce ball, and zombie dodge ball (to name a few!). This amazing simulator can also be used to watch live televised sports events and movies, and to play on the Xbox.

Themed Bedrooms

Princes and princesses in the making will adore the royal-themed custom-built double bunk bedroom, while those seeking a more adventurous stay can be superheroes in the second bunk bedroom - both with twin trundle beds underneath! Each of these dedicated kids' rooms has a secret passage to the 'Alliance Room', which replicates the bridge of a galactic cruiser and features games consoles for extra fun. Use the secret passageway through the fireplace and find the very special secret room - it's the ideal play area for the littlest ones in your group!

Private Pool

Lazy days off from exploring the parks will no doubt be spent outside in and around the expansive infinity-edge pool, where you can bask in the warm Florida sun all day long. The lower deck offers a peaceful escape with stunning views of the Tradition golf course by Jack Nicklaus below. The custom-built pool area features a beach-style entry to the pool and sun shelf, as well as nine sun loungers and two daybeds, spa, outdoor living area, Serenity Spa and summer kitchen. The Serenity Spa was inspired by a luxurious five-star hotel and even features “Real Rain” technology.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
