Villa Description

Upon entry, you'll find a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area that is perfect for bringing the whole family together to cook, eat, and unwind. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring upgraded appliances and sleek black granite countertops. Right beside it, the dining table comfortably seats twelve, with bar seating for three more people at the island.

From the front of the home, take in scenic golf course views from your own outdoor entertainment area, which includes a summer kitchen, bar, outdoor TV, dining for eight, a slate pool table with pub seating, and a ping pong table. It's the perfect spot for relaxed evenings or social gatherings.

For movie nights in, head to your private theatre room with a 120-inch projector screen, upgraded cable, and a cosy sectional sofa. Up on the top floor, the spacious master suite features a large closet, en suite bathroom, and private balcony with stunning golf course views, offering the perfect retreat at the end of a long day.

On one side, a custom double bunk bed with built-in lights invites cosy sleepovers, while a tunnel leads to a central play zone featuring a fun spiral slide. On the other side, another tunnel takes you to another bunk bed, also with built-in lights—perfect for imaginative adventures. This one-of-a-kind room is more than just a place to sleep, it’s an experience your kids will be raving about long after the holiday ends!

Tucked away in the detached annexe is a fantastic arcade room that’s sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. The ground floor is packed with fun, featuring classic and modern arcade games, a basketball arcade, and a PlayStation 4 connected to a flat-screen TV, offering hours of entertainment. Upstairs, a cosy kitchenette offers the ideal spot for morning coffee or late-night snacks, giving guests a little extra privacy. The annexe also includes a comfortable king bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, making it a great space for a family or teens to have their own retreat.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
