Villa Description

Feel instantly at home in the open living area with stunning views of the 14th and 15th holes of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The spacious living room offers plenty of sectional seating around an 85-inch TV with a Sonos soundbar—perfect for family movie nights. Enjoy meals together with a large formal dining table, plus a breakfast bar for five, all centred around a chef-ready kitchen featuring double stainless-steel appliances, offering a wonderful place for large groups to dine together.

On the ground floor, two master suites with king beds await. One opens directly to the pool area through sliding glass doors, while the other offers added privacy in a separate annexe across the courtyard.

Upstairs, the fun continues with a gaming hallway featuring two TV stations: one with an Xbox One and the other with a PlayStation 4, each equipped with two controllers. It's a perfect space for guests of all ages to unwind and play!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
