Villa Description
Step inside to enter a Mediterranean-style and open-floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel makes mealtime even more enjoyable. The elegant dining room seats up to eight guests, while the summer kitchen has space for three guests and the other dining table has space for four. From the kitchen, you will also have beautiful views of the pool and living room.

Whether you plan on taking a swim or enjoying the perfect Sunshine State weather, this lanai has everything you need - including a summer kitchen, sun loungers, a dining table, and much more - for an unforgettable experience.
The first-floor bedroom features a king bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus glass sliding doors that open directly onto the lanai, pool, and golf course views. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each generously sized and complete with walk-in closets. The master suite is a true standout, offering a king bed, an expansive walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a private soaking tub and walk-in shower. Step out onto the rear balcony from the master and enjoy stunning views of the pool, the golf course, and unforgettable Florida sunsets.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.
**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
