Villa Description

Reunion - Ocean - 257 opens into a stylish open floor plan where the living area and kitchen share the same space and the same view out over the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar seating three, with a dining table for eight alongside it and a wet bar close by for pouring drinks without leaving the room. The living room is furnished in soft modern pieces around an entertainment hub, and the patio doors are only a few steps away.

Slide those doors open and the private pool has a spillover spa at one end, four sun loungers around it and a summer kitchen for cooking outside, with an outdoor dining table seating ten. Back indoors there are two places to play. The ground-floor games room holds a commercial air hockey table, an arcade basketball machine, a pirate shooting game, a dual-seat racing cabinet and a pinball machine. Upstairs, the recreation room has been styled as a 1950s American diner - red ceiling, checkerboard floor, a full-sized Bluetooth jukebox, a sixty-five-inch TV, a 1967 Ford Mustang pool table and a Star Wars pinball machine. The two children's bedrooms are themed as well. Reunion Resort is only a few minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, with ChampionsGate golf and the shops and restaurants of Highway 192 close at hand.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
