Villa Description

Rich tones and modern, rustic charm greet you as you step into the open concept living area. Gather together on the comfortable leather sectional sofa and watch your favourite TV show. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, makes preparing family meals a delight, while meals can be served at the breakfast bar or up at the dining table.

This villa is serious about entertainment. The games room is packed with professional arcades and is sure to be a favourite corner for kids (and adults) of all ages. Challenge your family to friendly competition with air hockey, Miami Heat basketball, Terminator Salvation, and dual Super Bikes 2 racers. But it doesn’t stop there, head upstairs to the entertainment loft where more fun and relaxation awaits in the form of a poker table, a dartboard, a foosball table, and a multi-arcade game.

The outdoor living space is where the villa’s show-stopping swimming pool and spa can be found. With panoramic views over the resort’s twinkling lake, this space was made for fun in the sun - with poolside games, ample sun loungers, dining space and a BBQ - fit for sun-kissed evenings al fresco style.

Bedrooms wise, the home features three spacious king suites and two custom-built bunk bedrooms - each with an additional sprinkle of magic, for the youngest Disney fans in the family…

Themed Bedrooms

Princesses will feel like they are in a fairytale as they retreat to their castle with a double bunk bed, surrounded by a gorgeous mural of some of their favourite royal characters. In the other themed room, little Jedis' imaginations will take flight as they save the galaxy in their galactic-themed bunk bedroom. Completing the room is a cool tube slide to blast off, and a private balcony!

Games Room

Gaming enthusiasts will be in their element at this Reunion home, since there’s not one, but two, featured gaming areas. Get your arcade-on in the garage-converted games room, also complete with an air hockey table, while the upstairs loft space is where more sporting action can unfold, with a poker table, more arcade games, a foosball table and a flat-screen TV.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
