Villa Description
Be prepared to indulge in luxury at this exquisite home. Upon entry, you'll discover a spacious open-plan living space on the ground floor with multiple gathering areas. The family room features a seventy-five-inch TV, views of the pool and deck, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Head to the fully-equipped kitchen with its modern stainless steel appliances, where you can prepare meals and snacks for everyone with ease.
The ground floor also includes a bespoke dining table that seats twenty-four people, plus a large breakfast bar so everyone can dine together in the same space. Get the party started with favourite music using the inside and outdoor Sonos sound system, and underneath the stairs, you will find a picture frame TV and PlayStation 5 with beanbags for the kids to enjoy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in.
