Villa Description

The spacious ground-floor living area is the place to be for hanging out together during your downtime, and it features a comfortable sectional sofa and accent chair in front of a flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary tools and appliances to create home-cooked meals for the whole group, plus there's a five-seat breakfast bar for snacks and drinks, as well as a large dining table for sit-down meals.

Each of the seven bedrooms is primed and ready to give every guests a good night's rest, with modern furnishings and flat-screen TVs so you won't miss your favourite TV shows while you're away.

Villa Features

As a guest of this home, you'll have exclusive Reunion Resort membership access to its world-class on-site amenities, including a handy shuttle service to take you to and from the Walt Disney World Resort parks, which are just twelve minutes' drive away. The golfers in your group will love the resort's three PGA Championship courses, and the rest can spend their days splashing around in one of the ten premier swimming pools, with relaxing hot tubs and a superb infinity pool. Kids will delight in the five-acre water park with its huge lazy river and twisting water slides.

Inside the home, you've still got a world of fun awaiting you, from your own private pool and spa to the amazing games room and whimsical themed bedrooms set to inspire and excite the littlest members of your party!

Themed Bedrooms

Two king-sized suites are located on the first floor and three additional king-sized suites on the second floor. For the little ones (on the second floor as well), there are two incredibly themed bedrooms including everyone's favorite superheroes with two elevated full-sized beds plus 2 lower queen size beds and a Paris chef's dream with two sets of bunk beds (3 twin-sized beds total).

Games Room

From the Cars-themed arcade room to the Vegas-inspired loft, there is no shortage of fun and entertainment here! Step into the ultra-cool blacklight games room, which comes equipped with two arcade racing games, an air hockey table, a basketball shooting game, and a multi-arcade video game. While the upper-floor loft area is a great hangout spot for a friendly round or two of pool and a drink at the wet bar. Kids can escape into the their own play room and jam on the PlayStation 5 or Xbox consoles, and outside on the upper balcony deck you'll find a foosball table and wall-mounted TV for all-day fun!

The glorious Florida weather can be enjoyed on your own private outdoor deck with a sparkling swimming pool and bubbling overspill spa, ready and waiting for you to jump right in! Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
