Villa Description

The modern, open-plan living area features a large wall-mounted TV and inviting sectional sofas to sink into, as well as a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances to ensure that you have everything needed to create gorgeous homemade meals. Gather around the expansive dining table or enjoy casual breakfasts and snacks at the five-seat bar as you plan your day’s adventures.

Step outside to indulge in Florida’s famous sunshine from your own private pool deck, which features a sparkling swimming pool with a slide, a overspill spa, and plenty of space for everyone to dine, relax, and play together. Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
