Villa Description

The open-concept living area serves as the heart of the home, with cosy seating including a plush sofa, love seat, and two accent chairs, it’s the perfect spot for the whole family to unwind and share stories from the day. The fully-equipped kitchen is a dream, complete with a six-seat breakfast bar and a formal dining table that seats up to twenty-four guests, making it ideal for meals and snacks at any time.

With enough bedrooms to sleep up to twenty-four guests, this home offers several spacious retreats over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find two king-sized suites, along with a bedroom featuring two double beds and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the kids will be delighted with their dedicated themed bedrooms, which promise fun and rest in equal measure.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
