Villa Description
Open the front door and you're greeted by a bright, coastal-inspired living space that instantly feels welcoming. Natural textures, oversized rattan sofas and playful Florida touches create a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can spread out after a busy day.
The open-plan layout keeps everyone connected, and with seating for up to 12 at the large dining table, there's plenty of room to for the whole family.
Upstairs, the games loft pays tribute to New York City with a yellow taxi-inspired pool table and skyline artwork that adds plenty of character. Next door, the cinema room is designed to look like a vintage drive-in, with a pickup truck bed, Cadillac-style seating and a huge projection screen.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
