Villa Description

This villa certainly brings the wow factor with its bright and modern interiors, which dazzle as soon as you enter its open-plan living space - boasting black leather sofas, a large dark wood kitchen, and a beautiful stone feature fireplace that gives the space a cosy feel. On the sunniest days, open up the glass sliding doors to the stunning west-facing terrace where you can splash about in the pool or admire the golf course views at sunset with an evening cocktail.

The impressive attention to detail extends to the rest of the property too, including the fancy home cinema that’ll please the group’s biggest movie buffs and the selection of luxurious bedrooms where you can retire to after a long day riding coasters and roaming theme parks.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in. The accommodation voucher detailing directions to the home and the exact address will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, depending on when our suppliers release the final details to access your home. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This villa is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please check the home description if guests will have access to the waterpark and other onsite communal facilities as not all homes will have the membership access required.
