Villa Description

With 9,145 sqft of space to call your own, this extravagant home perfectly combines fun, comfort, and luxurious interior design. The downstairs kitchen and living areasparkles with polished ceramic flooring, glossy high-end furnishings, and plenty of sunlight pouring in from the glass sliding doors. Outside is just as glamorous too, with plush sunbeds dotted around the large swimming pool, all overlooking the natural lake just a stone’s throw away.

The home’s entertainment also never ends, especially in the home theatre where you can watch marathons of your favourite movies on the large projection screen and the racing-themed entertainment perfect for playing infinite games of pool and ping pong.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
