Villa Description

The home is finished with a fabulous Mediterranean-inspired design, with its large natural stone terrace and white minimalist walls accentuated with chic, high-end décor. The downstairs living space is particularly fabulous, boasting soaring ceilings, swanky furnishings, and a bright open-plan layout.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
