Villa Description

As you step into this newly built town house, you'll see the open sunlit floor plan comprising a living area, kitchen, and dining area. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar, located in the fully-equipped kitchen, are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. Outside, a private screened-in patio with a table and sun loungers is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather.

On the first floor, you can find all three bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with bunk beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs and a family bathroom.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
