Villa Description

As you step into this town house, an open-plan living space with elegant furnishings greets you. The dining table and breakfast bar in the fully-equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures, meanwhile the large and comfortable sofa in the living room is positioned perfectly in front of the large flat-screen TV so you can enjoy family movie nights in style.

On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with adjoining bathroom, an additional queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for little ones to enjoy.

Outside lies a private patio with table and chairs, offering the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather. You can even jump into the community swimming pool right outside your holiday home and cool off in style.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
