Villa Description

As you step into this town house, you'll see an open-plan layout downstairs comprising a living room, dining area and kitchen. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's theme park adventures. A private patio with an outdoor sectional is the perfect place to enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms including a king room with en suite bathroom, a further king bedroom, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs, as well as a shared family bathroom. Plus, the home's dynamic games room comes complete with foosball and air hockey tables to stretch the entertainment even further.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
