Villa Description

The living room and dining area in this inviting home are furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with a large sixty-inch LED TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table seating six. The fully-equipped kitchen includes the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Large sliding patio doors open from the living room to your private terrace balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast or evening drinks al fresco style. Inside, the master en suite bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a fifty-inch LED TV with a DVD player, and a walk-in closet. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in shower. The master suite also has private access to the patio. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a cable LED TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two luxury double beds, a cable LED TV, and a large closet, with an adjoining family bathroom.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, keeping you connected during your stay.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
