Villa Description

Upon entering this grandiose home, you'll be greeted by a beautifully detailed domed ceiling and magnificent staircases with iron railings, offering an open view to the first floor. With bedrooms spread across the first and second floors, there's ample space for everyone. The loft area provides a cosy sitting area with a TV, a foosball table, arcade game, and a small kitchen for added convenience. The gourmet kitchen, fully-equipped with modern amenities, features a spacious breakfast area.

Outside, the BBQ and fireplace area create the perfect setting for family dining on the oversized pool deck. Take a refreshing swim in the pool or relax in the overspill spa while enjoying the view. Start your day with a tranquil coffee in the courtyard by the fountain or from the second-floor balcony with expansive golf course views.

From arcade games and air hockey in the garage to luxurious bathrooms and inviting indoor and outdoor dining areas, this house has it all. Additionally, guests have unlimited access to resort amenities, including a shuttle service throughout the resort. Enjoy the five-acre water park, miniature golf, tennis, bicycle rides, and more, all within the resort. And if you're heading to Disney, there's even a shuttle service available to Walt Disney World.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
