Villa Description

This third-floor, two-bedroom condo offers stunning views overlooking Reunion's driving range from its large balcony. The open-plan living area features a kitchen with a counter perfect for entertaining or dining, equipped with three bar stools. Additionally, the dining area provides seating for five. Guests can relax on the sofa and three chairs while watching their favourite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV with cable.

The two master bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit, with the king master bedroom to the right, featuring a forty-two-inch wall-mounted smart TV and a large soaking tub with a separate shower. The second master bedroom has two full beds and a wall-mounted smart TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. Guests can enjoy dining at one of several restaurants within the resort, should they not wish to self-cater. This condo provides a true resort feel, perfect for work trips, golf outings, or small family holidays.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
