Villa Description

Its open-plan living space is expansive and indulgent and boasts a range of modern appliances to make your stay easy and indulgent. The dining area and table seats six and is accompanied by a fully-equipped bright, modern, kitchen. The living area completes the ground floor with a sumptuous, comfortable sectional sofa and 85-inch Smart TV with surround sound. Double French doors lead directly out onto the rear patio area which boasts a private pool and spa area alongside an outdoor dining table seating six. The two sun lounge chairs offer a relaxing spot to sit and view the Palmer course, long views to the Reunion Grande, and the beautiful Florida sunsets.

Upstairs, two elegant king bedrooms await - one features an en suite and private balcony. A further bunk bedroom rooms boasts a custom-built bed that is decorated in a ship theme and includes starry night fibre optics over each of the four sleep areas.

The in-law's apartment is located above the garage and accessed via a staircase from a separate entrance leading off the courtyard. The apartment's inviting coastal theme boasts an open floor plan with a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a table seating four. There is a double bedroom here too, along with a large bathroom.

Below, the whole family can enjoy the delights of the converted garage, which is now a space-themed game room decorated with custom murals that allow big and little kids to be immersed in a galaxy far, far away. This area is equipped with a full-size air hockey table, two-person gaming table, a multiplayer arcade game, a Star Wars electronic pinball machine, a six-person bar and two 55-inch Smart TVs.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
