Villa Description

Stepping into the grand entrance of the exquisitely designed home, you will be blown away by its luxurious design and furnishings. The open floor plan allows for amazing views of the Independence golf course from the front entrance, with a large wall of sliding glass doors leads you back to the private pool area.

Plush sofas offer ample seating that surrounds a large 83-inch Smart TV in the living area. The massive kitchen is a chef's dream, with a range of features and ample seating. Two master king suites await on the ground floor and boast comfortable mattresses and calming décor, whilst the space-themed bunk bedroom on this floor will delight the kids. Meanwhile, two other king master bedrooms with en suites, a queen room, a double bedroom, and a twin room await upstairs.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
