Villa Description

This wonderful ground floor three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is perfect for those traveling with children. There's a spacious, modern living room, and the focal point has to be the seventy-inch Smart TV with BOSE sound bar - it's the ultimate movie night setting after a busy day at the parks. You can prepare your favourite family meals in the contemporary kitchen, and there's a snug breakfast bar where you'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee before another fun-filled day begins.

Large sliding patio doors lead out to your immaculate private patio, with a table and seating where you can enjoy an al fresco dinner. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and the master bedroom has a king-size mattress, complete with an ample en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, an enticing bathtub, and a large walk-in shower.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
