Located in the chic Reunion community, this immaculate condo will be the perfect setting for your next holiday to Florida. There's a cosy open-plan lounge space and a contemporary kitchen, so you can prepare and enjoy your favourite family meals together. Find the sliding doors and step out onto your immense corner balcony, offering up unrivalled views of the nearby golf course. This space is made for al-fresco living, so make the most of it while you can!

The master king suite has a sleek en suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath - and you'll also find a private entrance out on to the balcony from here, too. All of the elegantly presented bedrooms have their own wall-mounted flat-screen televisions, so you can get cosy and enjoy some downtime after a long day. Kids will be delighted to find the space-themed twin bedroom, complete with an Xbox One with dual monitors.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
