This beautifully furnished condo is located in our Reunion Resort, a firm favourite for families. The space boasts an ample corner plot, and outside to the rear of the condo you'll find your own private porch - it's the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. The neutral interior palette paired with immense windows garners lots of natural light, adding to the luxurious appeal of this elegant stay.

The living area features cosy couches, arranged in front of a huge flat-screen TV where you'll be able to chill out after a long day at the parks. The designated chef of your group will take pleasure in prepping family feasts in the ultra-modern kitchen, complete with sleek white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are three extravagant bedrooms to choose from, and they've all got their own flat-screen TV so you can get cosy after dark.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
