Villa Description

This gorgeous condo is the ultimate setting for an unforgettable family holiday, with three bedrooms and three ultra-modern bathrooms, and stunning views of the nearby fairway.

Arrive at the condo and you'll be met by the main living spaces, comprising an open-plan lounge and kitchen, plus an ample dining area. Step out from the sliding doors in the lounge onto the balcony, where you can soak up some vitamin D on one of the comfy loungers. There are three bedrooms, all with neutral contemporary décor throughout - the first room has a king-size bed, the second has an inviting queen-size bed, and the third space has two double beds - perfect for the kids!

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
