Villa Description

Families and groups will adore this superb five-bedroom home, located in the Legends Corner community of Reunion Resort. This property is nothing less than spectacular, from the sleek modern décor to the abundant family living spaces. Downstairs, you'll find the lounge, complete with sumptuous couches and plush pillows, it's the perfect place to kick back in after a long day at the parks. The kitchen is just off the living room, and it's fully equipped with every appliance you'll need for your self-catering break. Tuck into your culinary delights in the dining room, with seating for ten and even a wine fridge!

There are five ample, hotel-style bedrooms to choose from, including two charming twin spaces for the kids. The third bedroom even has access to a stunning balcony area with seating, overlooking the nearby fairway. Back downstairs, you'll find the garage has been converted into a games room with lots to choose from, plus an impressive seventy-five inch flat-screen TV.

Step outside and you'll find your own private swimming pool, surrounded by the perfect al fresco dining set-up - there's a gazebo with a sofa, ottomans, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table, plus an outdoor kitchen with sink, built-in grill, and fridge.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
