Villa Description

Make your next trip to Florida unforgettable by choosing this extra-special stay; the ‘Desert Mountain Memories’ villa offers an extended, open-plan space, sleeping up to thirteen guests comfortably.

Enter the home and you'll be greeted with a hallway that opens up to the downstairs living and entertaining areas, as well as the kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. From serving up your favourite family meals and tucking in at the dining table, to lazing around after a busy day at the parks, the home is fully-equipped for every part of your day.

Outside, you'll find your own tropical lanai, complete with an outdoor bistro area, al fresco dining furniture, and a swimming pool with a welcoming, tranquil spa corner. Back indoors, you've also got a games room to make the most of throughout your stay, with a full-size pool table, shuffleboard, and multi-game-arcade, as well as a wall-mounted smart TV with cable.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
