Villa Description

This modern and stylish property charms with its elegant décor and bright open-plan layout that makes the whole place feel wonderfully spacious and airy. You’ll hang out most in the heart of the home: the kitchen/lounge/dining combo that boasts a three-seater breakfast bar island, plush sofas, and plenty of large windows that bring the sunshine in from your peaceful backyard patio.

When you’re not taking an afternoon dip in the pool, you’ll be making memories elsewhere including the star of the show for kids: the Mario-inspired games room which boasts a mega-sized Mario Kart simulator game! Bedtime is just as delightful too, with the selection of bedrooms offering king, queen, and twin-sized suites including a separate private annexe. There’s even a tropical under-the-sea-themed room that’ll send you into a sleep as deep as the ocean.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
