Villa Description

This is a fabulous home with entertainment for everyone in the family. The open-plan living area is a great gathering spot for the family to enjoy each other's company, with comfortable seating including a leather sectional overlooking the private pool deck as well as a feature fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen is on hand for the cook of the group to whip up daily meals, sure to fuel fun-filled days at the parks.

The loft area will amaze with a pool table, foosball table, arcade games and even a home cinema, complete with a huge flat-screen TV. But if it’s sunshine you want (we can’t blame you), the outdoor deck offers a private swimming pool and spa to enjoy Florida's warm weather as well as a summer kitchen for all your grilling needs and a fire pit. At the end of a busy day, head up to the stylish bedrooms - and themed kids’ bedroom - for a night of well-earned rest.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
