Villa Description

As you approach the front entrance, you'll be greeted by a charming courtyard featuring an outdoor ping pong table, a comfortable seating area with a TV, built-in grill, and Connect 4 game, creating the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment.

Step inside to discover the elegant living room adorned with two sofas, a chair, a large Smart TV, and a ceiling fan, providing a cosy space for gathering and entertainment. The adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, an island bar with seating, and a second high-top dining table, offering ample space for culinary delights and casual dining.

Outside on the back patio, you'll discover the private pool with an overspill spa, where you can relax and unwind at your leisure. This spacious covered area is the perfect spot for outdoor lounging and enjoyment!

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
