Villa Description

Outside, the screened enclosure offers a private pool with an overspill spa to relax in. There is patio furniture including a table with seating for six, three chairs around a central fire pit, and plenty of sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine in luxury and style. There is also a large lanai for shade and a poolside half bathroom so you can maximise your time around the pool.

The home's spacious open floor plan features a kitchen that is fully-equipped with stainless-steel appliances and a Keurig coffeemaker, and a dining area with seating for eight people. The living room has a wall-mounted 75-inch LED TV to enjoy movies together as a family, and a swish 1965 collectors' edition Ford Mustang pool table. The garage has been converted into an amazing air-conditioned arcade room for additional indoor entertainment.

Solara Resort is a blissful gated community with amazing on-site amenities such as a grand pool with slides and surrounding cabanas, a children’s splash pad, teens/tweens hangout space, sand volleyball, and a football field. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy these excellent facilities and really make the most of your rest days when you're not out exploring the theme parks and attractions.

Plus, the presence of an on-site restaurant, clubhouse, and tiki bar ensures that if you don't fancy cooking, you don't have to!

Games Room

The garage space has been turned into a super-cool gaming arcade, complete with classics such as Skee-Ball, a basketball shooting game, and Terminator, Batman and four Super Mario racing arcade machines, guaranteed to keep avid gamers entertained for hours on end. This brightly-lit and air-conditioned hangout spot will be a hit with everyone at all times of day and night!

Cinema Room

Eight reclining leather movie-style seats are tiered on two levels in the home's fantastic cinema room, complete with a large projector screen for a truly immersive and luxurious cinematic experience right in the comfort of your own holiday home. Chilled out evenings and afternoons can be spent here, cosying up with your favourite films... all you need is some popcorn and a mega-sized fizzy beverage!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
