Villa Description

The interior boasts an open concept living space that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. The kitchen boasts plenty of granite counter space, stainless-steel appliances, easy-to-use amenities, and lovely views of the pool! The kitchen island area offers seating for four so the chef can still join in the conversation while they cook. Just off the kitchen, the dining table offers seating for six and a spot for sit-down meals and lively card games together.

The living room is a cosy, beautifully furnished space with comfortable couch, love seat and wingback chair. Settle in for a movie marathon or just enjoy hanging out together as a group after a long day. Upstairs, the loft area offers additional living space with a couch and its own flat-screen TV, perfect if you want some downtime in solitude.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
