Villa Description

This beautiful home features a spacious, open-plan communal living space with a fully-equipped kitchen and all the mod cons, a dining area, and comfortable living room for relaxing together on your downtime away from the parks. Each of the four-and-a-half bathrooms are sleek and spacious, offering a splash of luxury to your stay.

The south-facing pool deck means that all-day sunshine is a given, whether you're splashing around in the water, settling down into the spa, or dining al fresco by the pool.

Please note: there is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, refills are not provided. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional fee will be charged.

Resort Parking Rules: the resort allows maximum 3 cars. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you. Third car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the pavement.

Villa Features

Solara Resort is a peaceful gated community situated less than ten miles from Walt Disney World Resort, placing you close to the action of Orlando but with all the benefits of on-site fun away from the hubbub of the big parks and attractions.

Resort amenities include a huge clubhouse with restaurant, tiki bar and lounge, teen hangout space, and expansive water complex with pools, water slides and the famed FlowRider® surf simulator. Keeping fit is a breeze at the gym, and there's also a range of sports courts to utilise including basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a playground and walking trails for blissful afternoons outside in nature.

Games Room

The garage has been turned into a vibrant games room with Disney's Cars murals on the wall, and a range of tabletop sports games including a foosball table, and a multi-sport table featuring pool, air hockey and ping pong. This fun space will be a great hangout spot for tweens and teens seeking some adult-free time playing and enjoying challenging each other to a little friendly competition.

Themed Bedrooms

Two of the bedrooms have been lovingly decorated in tasteful themes in homage to Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse. With two twin beds and a flat-screen TV in each, they're the perfect spaces for kids (or big kids) to rest their heads after a long and exciting day.

Spa

Sunken down into the smart paved patio sits a refreshing swimming pool and overspill spa, offering a wonderful outdoor oasis for the whole family to enjoy. The bubbles of the spa will provide much-needed relief to weary feet and a luxurious setting for en evening dip - possibly with a drink in hand too!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
