Villa Description

Soothing, contemporary décor fills the open-plan living area on the ground floor of this beautiful home. The space features a main family room with flat-panel TV and comfy seating, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, dishwasher, French door refrigerator and breakfast island seating for four, plus a formal dining table with enough chairs for eight to dine together.

Outside, you'll find a your own private screened-in pool and spa, where you'll no doubt be spending most of your time on days off from visiting the nearby theme parks. Pull up a lounger or dine al fresco under the shade of the lanai and make the most of glorious outdoor Florida living.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
