Villa Description

Step into a world of luxury and style as you enter this impressive home, where you'll greeted by a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, complete with all the appliances and equipment you might need to bring culinary dreams to life. The spacious living area has with comfy furnishings, including a large sofa, as well as a large flat-screen TV - the perfect spot for family movie nights.

Each of the five bedrooms is its own little sanctuary, and each comes with its own TV for personalised entertainment. You'll find two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, a queen suite, and two bunk bedrooms for the little ones. Outside, your very own private oasis awaits - a shimmering pool and an indulgent spa, all surrounded by sun loungers and a patio dining area to make the most of Florida's warm weather and endless sunshine.

Useful Information

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.

Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.

There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.

The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.

Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
