Villa Description

This stylish and cosy villa welcomes you in with a warm atmosphere. It’s like a home-away-from-home for the whole family, with the main communal space being the lovely open-plan kitchen and living area - a space where the family head chef can still socialise whilst cooking and where you can watch movies on the large flat-screen TV.

 

The villa's garage has been converted into an immersive games room where you can try your hand at pool or practice your air hockey skills. Then when the fun and games are over, everyone will hit the sack in one of the five charmingly decorated bedrooms.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in. The accommodation voucher detailing directions to the home and the exact address will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, depending on when our suppliers release the final details to access your home. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
